TCCNJ proudly collaborates with the Mobile Farmers Market program, an initiative of the Embrace Relief Foundation, a global humanitarian organization headquartered in New Jersey.

With the generous support of our volunteers and sponsors, we have the privilege of providing fresh produce to families in need in Clifton, New Jersey, every month.

Our program partners include the Clifton Health Department, the Office of Assemblywoman Timberlake, and the Peace Islands Institute.

Together, we are making a positive impact on our community by ensuring access to nutritious food for those who need it most.
