Thanksgiving Food Distribution

Thousands of Families in New Jersey Face Food Insecurity. Thanksgiving is a time for sharing, caring, and giving back to those in need.

This year, thanks to the incredible generosity of our sponsors, the dedication of our partners, and the hard work of our volunteers, we distributed hundreds of turkeys to families in need across New Jersey. Together, we made the holiday a little brighter for so many.

The TCCNJ in collaboration with the Embrace Relief Foundation and the Peace Islands Institute organized free food distribution events at Saint Paul’s Church in  Englewood, Timberlake Charles Empowerment Center in East Orange and School 12 in Clifton NJ. Thanks to Senator Britnee Timberlake, Senator Gordon Johnson and Assemblywoman Shama Haider for their collaboration.
